The Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics offers Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in Personnel Management and Labor Economics, and a PhD degree program in Economics with specializations in Demography, Labor Economics, Social Economics and Policy.

The department research theme is The Strategy of Innovative Development of the Labor Market in macroeconomic instability.

Vasyl' Nadraha, Doctor of Economics, Docent (Associate Professor), Professor in the Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics. Research interests: Theoretical and practical aspects of social risks. Svitlana Kalinina, Doctor of Economics, Professor. Research interests: Development and transformation of international and corporate labor markets, formation of intellectual component of economic development. Courses taught: Methodology of Scientific Research; Labor Market; Personnel Management; State Regulation of Employment.

Yurij Marshavin, Doctor of Economics, Professor. Research interests: Employment and Labor Market Regulation. Courses taught: Government Regulation of Employment; Labor Market.

Olena Hrishnova, Doctor of Economics, Professor. Research interests: Labor economics, human capital, personnel management, social economics, social responsibility, human development. Courses taught: Labor Economics, Social and Labor Relations.

Vasyl' Kostrytsia, Professor in the Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics. Research interests: Analysis of trends in global and regional labor markets and their impact on the labor market in Ukraine; activities of European public employment services and major trends in their modernization; activities of the State Employment Service to activate the unemployed to find work.

Iryna Kolesnyk, PhD in Economics, Docent (Associate Professor). Research interests: International monetary and financial relations. Courses taught: International Economics; Organizational Theory; Basics of Entrepreneurship.

Andrij Pekin, PhD in Economics, Docent (Associate Professor). Research interests: Adaptation of enterprises in the market changes, organizational, economic and legal problems of economic security; social responsibility.
